invigorating. You'll uncover insightful information and unique
perspectives from key members of your management team. It happens quickly! Success depends on total objectivity - which is hard to do from the inside. That's why we are in a unique position to help add outside perspective to your discovery sessions. As the Entrepreneur's Advocate, we assist you to both optimize your business strategy AND secure the resources to implement your dreams, while preserving management control.
Day 1 - CEO Vision Clarification Process What you'll need No preparation is necessary on your part. You already have all we need.
This step starts with a tour of your company. Then, you'll share a friendly, casual meal with Stefania [bio], President of Capital Link, Inc., business owner to business owner. You'll discuss the history of the business and your team, its personal and professional goals, and your vision for the future. Stefania knows the right questions, but more importantly, she'll really listen to your answers, and work with them throughout the process.
Day 2 - Team Discovery Workshop Day 2 is a full day at your office. Be prepared to call on your management team throughout the day. You'll assemble key members of your team for a meeting, once without you, then with you in attendance. We'll end the day with a comprehensive verbal debrief. What you'll need
At some point, you will experience an "A-ha moment." This is the moment when you realize how easy it will be to achieve a future that is much greater than you may have previously envisioned. You'll understand your business better from a new perspective, and you'll see a clear path to sustainable high performance growth. Perhaps you'll see a larger market for your products and services. Maybe you'll realize how a product can be applied in new ways to new clients. You might even discover new ways to do more business with your existing clients. All in all, it's an exciting and rewarding experience. It's about highlighting opportunities you might have taken for granted and perhaps noticing risks you might have underestimated. In a few days, you'll receive your "Insights Road Map" document detailing your Optimum Growth Strategy. You are now poised to advance to Step 2. [Step 2]
